Job summary

UG2 LLC seeks a Custodial Supervisor to oversee day-to-day custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient facility appearance. The role leads staff, coordinates schedules, monitors tasks, and upholds safety standards across the team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field and 3–5 years of custodial experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities and a commitment to excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of custodial experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and floor care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a custodial team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
• Strong communication skills with staff, management, clients, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
• Coordinate and monitor custodial staff activities to meet standards and schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date records related to custodial operations and tasks.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of custodial staff.
• Support quality assurance and control processes for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and address issues promptly.
• Promote a positive working environment with strong safety and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Ensure custodial programs meet client and operational needs.
