Qualifications

• Assist with hiring, training, and development of custodial staff.
• Support quality assurance and control processes for cleanliness.
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues immediately.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold safety and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleanliness concerns.
• Ensure custodial programs meet client and operational needs.
