Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years of custodial experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and floor care.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a custodial team.
Detail-oriented with timely issue resolution.
Strong communication to interact with staff, management, clients and customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise custodial staff and coordinate cleaning schedules to meet standards and timelines.
