Job summary

HES is seeking a Custodial Supervisor for Motlow Tullahoma (3085) to lead daily custodial operations, train staff in safety practices, and coordinate with management on major cleaning projects. The role requires a background in custodial work and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, manage equipment and supplies, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in custodial or facilities.
• Solid custodial knowledge and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily custodial operations and assign/ supervise tasks.
• Ensure safety; train staff on safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Oversee equipment and supply management with department team.
• Coordinate with manager on major cleaning projects and emergencies.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training and provide coaching to staff.
• Perform inspections to meet quality standards and reporting.
