UG2 is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee day-to-day custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across the facility. You will supervise staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, monitor tasks, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in facility management or a related field and 3–5 years custodial experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver cost-effective, high-quality service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of custodial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and floor care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a custodial team.
• Detail-oriented with timely cleanliness or maintenance issue identification.
• Strong communication skills with staff, management, clients, and customers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and manage competing demands.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise custodial equipment use and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to meet facility needs.
• Coordinate and monitor custodial staff activities per standards and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records related to custodial operations and tasks.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of custodial staff.
• Support quality assurance processes to maintain cleanliness best practices.
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues promptly.
• Promote a positive work environment with leadership and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleanliness concerns.
• Ensure custodial programs meet client and operational needs.
