Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and education in carpentry, building construction, electrical or related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Electrical maintenance and repair certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crew and coordinates work assignments.
• Performs building maintenance and repair, carpentry, and renovations.
• Repairs roofs and supports electrical components and systems.
• Assists with plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration maintenance.
• Maintains tools and records, and ensures safety compliance.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays during emergencies.
