Job summary

Tidelands Health in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair facilities and equipment across our sites. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with the Senior as main on-site contact when leadership is away.

Required: High School diploma with 7 years of related experience, or a trade/technical certificate; at least 4 years in one skilled maintenance area; and a valid SC driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; may substitute 3 years of specialized experience for a total of 7 years.
• Certificate from trade or technical school or apprenticeship in maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry/painting, electronics, refrigeration, mechanical repair).

Responsibilities

• Complete room inspections per departmental standards.
• Ensure quality of work per agreed upon standards.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance Program per departmental protocol.
• Complete Work Order Program per agreed upon standards.
• Main point of contact if Director or Assistant Director is off site.
