Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in installation and maintenance of electrical, building maintenance, HVAC, or similar area.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License Class C and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, assigns and monitors work activities of crew and trains facilities personnel.
• Plans, schedules, orders materials, and leads work on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical systems; perform preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair or replace parts and equipment; install plumbing lines and fixtures; manage door schedules and A/C timing.
• Perform mechanical repairs and ensure safe operation of doors, security and fire systems; maintain quality and cost efficiency.
