Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general, preventative, and corrective maintenance for City buildings and facilities.
• Inspect equipment, vehicles, and tools and prepare them for work assignments.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and related tools.
• Repair or replace parts and equipment as needed and assist in large events.
• Respond to emergencies as on-call and cooperate with supervisors.
