Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support clients, vendors, and contractors in completing facility tasks and work orders. The role sits within Facilities Management, helping Property Managers with repairs and investment plans while ensuring adherence to procedures.

You’ll acknowledge inquiries, collect and file work orders, monitor non-building activities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Applicants should have a HS diploma and proficiency with MS Office.

  • Basic math skills: percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and reporting formats.

  • Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal.

About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

Compensation

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Facilities Coordinator] position is $21.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the [Facilities Coordinator] position is $26.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
