Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facility Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to oversee the coordination of diverse departmental and financial activities within the property management function. The role emphasizes accurate data, timely reporting, and efficient contract execution for client properties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.
  • Advanced math skills including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly financial reviews and reporting.
  • Verify contract data accuracy in management and leasing records.
  • Review, input, and approve vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Support all aspects of contract execution and data entry in CBRE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with CBRE and client policies.
  • Train team members on policies, procedures and governance.
  • Assist in onboarding incumbent staff with People/HR transition.
  • Assist in client termination processes as needed.
  • May participate in internal audits.

This job is part ofthe Property Management job function. They are responsible for operatingbuildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist withcreating monthly financial review and reporting.
  • Verify thedatabase of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up todate.
  • Review, Input, andApprove vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables andcontract execution process.
  • Support allaspects of the contract execution process.
  • Responsible forreview and input of data into all CBRE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all CBRE and client.
  • Facilitatescommunication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives tosupport operations.
  • Train all CBREteam members on policies, procedures, processes, administration andgovernance.
  • Support thePeople/HR transition team to timely and efficiently onboard incumbent staff.
  • Assist in theclient termination process as needed.
  • May participate inthe Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with seniormanagement to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyzedata to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or noprecedent. May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact your teamand other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggestimprovements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency ofthe team.
  • Assist in CBRE andclient operations as needed.
  • All other dutiesas assigned or requested.
What You’ll Need
  • High SchoolDiploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensiveunderstanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts withinown job function is required.
