CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently. The role supports property managers with repairs, investment plans, and CMMS familiarity.
The position emphasizes strong Microsoft Office skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail, with standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 and potential on-call time.
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
This specific role will provide assistance with vendor management and facilitation, on site escorting, reports, Invoices, purchase orders and work orders. A strong skillset with Microsoft suite is critical for this role and previous work with a CMMS would prove to be helpful. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30. (Occasional on-call or overtime could arise on occasion.)
There will be stringent background requirements for this role.
