Job summary

Vision House in Washington state seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance at Shoreline and Renton locations, handling requests, preventive tasks, and turnovers. This role ensures facilities, grounds, and vehicles are well maintained and safe, with strong teamwork across sites.

Qualifications include roughly two years of preventive maintenance experience, ability to read, write, and speak English, a valid WA driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience performing basic preventive maintenance functions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with basic construction projects, tools, and equipment handling.
• Good hand-eye coordination; able to work outside in all weather.
• English reading/writing/speaking能力 required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and investigate maintenance and repair requests, tracking work orders.
• Purchase and order supplies and equipment for routine maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Assist with turning over apartment units for new tenants (painting, minor repairs).
• Move and set up furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and operation.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks (litter pickup, lawn care).
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
