• Experience for Facilities Coordinator II: 8 years in building inspection, maintenance, utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, inspects, and monitors building maintenance, operations and service activities.
• Leads technical employees and coordinates with contractors and vendors.
• Manages work orders, tracks projects, and ensures preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitors interior, roofing, electrical and plumbing systems and coordinates repairs.
• Trains employees on building maintenance and safety procedures.
