Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 5 years of construction project management experience for PM I; 6 years for PM II.
• Valid driver’s license and Safety Impact Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops, implements, and evaluates project budgets, schedules, work plans, resources requirements, and cost estimates.
• Oversees project objectives, ensures quality assurance/quality control, and maintains project integrity.
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
• Leads, trains, and coaches team members; reviews progress with stakeholders.
