Ottenweller Company, Inc. seeks a dependable Facilities Coordinator to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment on-site. This role covers janitorial services, facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and basic building maintenance to support daily operations.

At a fourth-generation, family-owned metal fabrication company, safety and teamwork are core, with opportunities to grow through facility improvements and production support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Perform basic building maintenance tasks and seasonal grounds care.
• Operate cleaning and lawn equipment safely.
• Support production teams with general labor duties as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
