Ottenweller Company Inc. is seeking a dependable Facilities Coordinator to maintain a clean, safe, and functional manufacturing environment in Indiana.

The role covers janitorial services, facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and basic building maintenance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include cleaning production areas and offices, routine maintenance, and supporting production with general labor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Perform routine building maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, replacing HVAC filters, and making minor repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities and facility improvement projects.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or building concerns.
• Maintain exterior grounds and perform seasonal cleanup, mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment, lawn equipment, forklifts, and other assigned equipment safely.
• Support production departments with general labor tasks as assigned.
