Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dependable Facility and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and help ensure a safe, well-maintained work environment in Lancaster, PA. This is an on-site, permanent role.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting and is skilled at coordinating contractors, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in facilities management or related field preferred (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Business).
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
