Job summary

Neelectric is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain and operate our buildings and grounds, ensuring safe, functional facilities across all locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, oversee security and backup systems, and manage construction projects to support ongoing operations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of building systems, reliability, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities systems.
• Maintain data center infrastructure readiness, including environmental controls and backup power.
• Lead construction, remodeling, and special projects to meet operational needs.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and related infrastructure across facilities.
• Coordinate with regulators and assist with audits and compliance.
