Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills: filing, scheduling, time management, prioritization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and robust problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requisitions, process invoices, prepare financial reports, and communicate with vendors and contractors under the facilities manager.
• Maintain computer databases, purchase orders, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and facility records.
• Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned.
• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone and email inquiries for the facilities management group.
