• Total 14 years combined education and experience.
• FMP certification required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance work for one or more FM groups.
• Ensure facilities meet high standards and church mission.
• Own KPI performance for timeliness, cost, quality, and self-performance.
• Organize regional training on systems and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Lead weekly FM group meetings and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire codes.
