About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function, responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to meet requirements.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely and quality service delivery and follow-up.
  • Understand the scope of the contract and ensure all work aligns with it.
  • Champion financial and operational systems; suggest cost-saving initiatives to maximize savings.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works; manage sub-contractor paperwork.
  • Review invoices, ensure accurate cost coding, coordinate billing, and work with site teams and head office on quotations and purchase orders.
  • Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracts, ensuring consistent operational and financial delivery.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and POs.
  • Support monthly reporting for Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Assist in health and safety compliance, including HSE reporting and maintaining QHSE documentation.
  • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems, possibly recommending new techniques.
  • Impact team performance and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
