Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Woodleigh Chase in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support residents and staff. You will coordinate departmental operations, address daily needs, and serve as liaison between General Services, residents, and staff.

Role requires building systems knowledge, problem-solving, and ability to manage external contractors to ensure safe, well-maintained spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an office or facilities management role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Working knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to resolve resident complaints in a friendly, professional manner.

• Communicate with new residents to explain operation of General Services.
• Investigate complaints, suggestions and occurrences.
• Select and oversee the work of outside contractors for projects.
• Audit facilities for maintenance, repair and cleanliness and coordinate needed repairs.
• Conduct surveys on services performed for residents and departments.
• Coordinate re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods.

Location: Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you'll address residents' daily needs, coordinate activities for designated neighborhoods, and serve as a liaison between the General Services Department, residents, and staff.

Compensation: Starting at $27 - Max $31, Per Hour. Based on experience, Paid Bi-Weekly!

How you will make an impact

• Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within General Services

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment or within a department with responsibility for facilities management
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of building systems
• Ability to assess resident or other complaints and resolve disputes in a friendly and professional manner
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously
