Facilities Co-Ordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full-time Facilities Coordinator to join our offices in Enfield, supporting Wates FM in delivering first-class maintenance services. This role acts as a professional link between the management team and staff, ensuring effective help desk and financial administration.
The Vacancy
We seek an experienced Facilities Coordinator with strong administration skills in a busy, client-driven environment, preferably with Facilities Management experience and knowledge of CAFM systems (elog). NVQ/SVQ in Customer Services Level 1-4 is preferred but not essential.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, Concept Evolution, and other IT systems, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
