Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a large, complex healthcare campus in Texarkana, TX. This onsite role involves coordinating facility operations for a major regional healthcare provider, including work orders, compliance, and vendor coordination.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT, with no travel. You will work alongside another Facilities Coordinator to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track facility work orders from initiation through completion.
• Serve as a point of contact for facility-related service requests and inquiries.
• Dispatch work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain healthcare accreditation and compliance documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Issue and manage purchase orders to support facility operations.
• Organize vendor paperwork, proposals, department records, and operational reports.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors to support day-to-day facility activities.
• Utilize client systems and platforms, including Infor, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, to manage administrative and operational processes.

About the Role:

Working alongside another Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in work order management, administrative support, compliance documentation, and vendor coordination to help ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT, with no travel required.
