BD&J Injury Lawyers, based in West Los Angeles, is seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations, maintenance, and office services. This on-site role collaborates with the Operations team, vendors, and staff to keep the office clean, safe, and fully functional.
This is a full-time position based in West Los Angeles with occasional travel to other offices. You will handle requests, coordinate moves, manage supplies, and assist with project tasks.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office. This position will work closely with the Operations team, vendors, maintenance personnel, and internal departments to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, organized, and fully operational.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in West Los Angeles. Occasional travel may be required to support other office locations, vendors, deliveries, or facilities-related projects.
