Job summary

Synchro are partnering with a leading global energy client to hire a Project or Facilities Coordinator, providing on-site support in Downtown Houston during a major acquisition integration project. This is an initial three-month contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent hire as US team is established.

On-site 5 days a week, you will be the focal point for deliveries, vendors, and infrastructure setup throughout the integration.

Qualifications

• Office or project coordination experience.
• Experience liaising with vendors, contractors, and on-site stakeholders.
• Experience with deliveries, infrastructure setup, and equipment provisioning.
• Available on site five days a week in Downtown Houston.
• Some IT support exposure is useful but not essential.

This is an initial three-month contract, with strong potential to extend or convert to a permanent hire once the client's US team is established. It's a genuine opportunity to get in early on a project that matters and make your mark from day one.

You'll be the on-the-ground point of contact for deliveries, vendors, and infrastructure setup, working closely with the project team to keep operations running smoothly as the wider integration takes shape. This is primarily an office and project coordination role, so it suits someone who thrives on variety and thinking on their feet. Technical or IT Support knowledge is desirable but candidates with relevant experience are still encouraged to apply.
