About the role

The purpose of this position is to assist the facility management team in ensuring the successful completion of client facility needs.

What you’ll do
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; communicate effectively and resolve issues.
  • Provide reports on work orders and monitor their status.
  • Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department documentation.
  • Manage vendor files, verify completed paperwork, and train vendors on procedures.
  • Process invoices with proper cost coding.
  • Assist with facility inspections.
  • Utilize PC and PDA for work order systems, email, and training purposes.
  • Support process and procedure training initiatives.
What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you should be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

  • High school diploma or GED required; at least two years of related experience or training.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and calculations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook.
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
