Atlanta Mission is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics across campuses. The role involves managing work orders, updating costs, tracking capital projects, and coordinating meetings, with hands-on CMMS usage and fleet oversight.

You'll work in a Christ-centered environment, ensuring records are up-to-date, policies are followed, and essential services run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities operations and maintenance.
• Ability to manage work orders, invoices, and asset tracking.
• Strong organizational skills for meetings, minutes, and documentation.
• Familiarity with fleet oversight and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enter, manage, prioritize, and assign work orders for all campuses.
• Update each work order’s cost and manage invoices.
• Track capital project details and timelines; participate in planning committee.
• Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage CMMS asset records.
• Assist in filing for dining services certifications and maintain emergency materials.
• Oversee fleet budget, service needs, and vehicle registrations.
