We get to experience and witness radical life transformations.Our Facilities Coordinator is a critical member of the ministry, serving by assisting with day-to-day administrative support and logistics of people and assets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Enter, manage, prioritize, and assign work orders for all campusesUpdate each work order’s cost and manage associated invoicesTracks Capital Projects details and timelinesServe on the Capital Planning CommitteeArrange meetings and take meeting minutesAssists in facility walk-thru'sTrack assets in CMMS system (Maintenance Connection)Assist in filing for Dining Services certificationsKeep updated records of our utility accounts and metersSchedule vendors for regularly scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and notify campus administrators of schedulesCoding and processing invoices, statements, and purchase logsManage camera and Prox Card SystemsCreate and updates policies and proceduresMaintain master copies of all emergency manual materialsSchedule reviews of materials and send out updateFleet OversightOversee Fleet budget, fleet service needs, routine maintenance, and gas cardsKeeps a current inventory of fleet vehicles and repairsMaintains ‘incident’ reports involving vehiclesMaintains fleet registration, insurance, and certificationsManages the Atlanta Mission Approved Driver ListYou will uphold the following Christ-Centered values:Humbly Serve: You strive to live, Love and Lead like JesusFaithfully Steward: You honor and wisely use the time, talent and treasures that God has providedCourageously Innovate: You are driven towards excellence, you continuously learn, adapt and improveJoyfully Celebrate: You intentionally appreciate and recognize all that God is doing in and through all the stakeholders of Atlanta Mission.Strength in Unity: You embrace God’s desire for oneness and kingdom-focused unity.Physical Requirements:Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, sitting and/or walking)Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printerMust be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbsENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:Moderate noise as in a dining services environmentLow to Moderate exposure to communicable diseases as outlined by OSHA.SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is an essential role for which the expectation is that employees in this role are available to work in the case of an emergency (i.e. building maintenance, security issues, public health or weather related emergencies, government intervention, etc).
