Job summary

NBCUniversal Facilities Ops & Engineering is seeking a Contract Services Manager in Universal City, CA, to drive operational excellence in vendor relations and service performance across NBCU West Coast Studio Operations. You will oversee RFPs, large supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with Sourcing, Procurement & EHS requirements while communicating with executives and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or business management.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience.
• 2+ years of experience analyzingand creating financial models.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and verification.
• 2+ years of experience and knowledge of enterprise business systems and integrated workplace management systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams with clear direction and accountability.
• Manage third party vendors for janitorial, waste, pest control, elevators, window washing and related services.
• Lead contract service scope development with Senior Director and Sourcing.
• Chair Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors and track CTIs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing, Procurement & EHS requirements and manage budgets.
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of policies and procedures and report on performance.
