Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Facilities/Plant Manager to lead CityWalk and related operations, overseeing maintenance, project management, and vendor coordination to deliver safe, efficient facilities. The role requires 10+ years in facilities/plant management, a two-year AA or equivalent, and strong leadership with union relations experience.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and compliance across diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in facilities/plant management.
• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work mornings and/or evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direction and resources to manage physical plant functions, construction, daily operations and special projects.
• Oversee maintenance operations Hilltop-wide and coordinate labor and non-labor resources.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of facilities, equipment, utilities, grounds, and emergency systems testing.
• Lead the CityWalk Technical Services department and union hourly technicians.
• Provide coaching and monitor performance of staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Oversee the Maximo Work Order Process from assignment to closure.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance and Compliance items are scheduled and completed.
• Maintain positive union relations in collaboration with HR and Labor Relations.
• Develop and execute Annual Operating and Capital Plans for the department.
