Seminole County/Board of County Commissioners is seeking a facilities management professional to coordinate and oversee contracts, schedules and project delivery across county facilities. This role focuses on contractor oversight, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations, including life safety and elevator systems.

Associates degree and five years related experience are required.

Formación

• Associates Degree and five years related experience required.
• Ability to supervise subordinates.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to read sketches, plans, and blueprints.
• Familiar with Word, Excel and CMMS.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor facilities related contracts and work orders.
• Assist in budgeting and encumber funds.
• Verify contractor compliance with contract terms and schedules.
• Oversee elevator modernization and fire protection system updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, consulting engineers and County departments.
• Ensure work meets local authorities and industry standards.
