Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital outlay, maintenance reserve, and non-capital procurement; manage records and reporting.
• Prepare and initiate soliciting processes including bids, negotiations, sole source, Quick Quotes, and emergencies.
• Develop and maintain contracts and ensure compliance with state and agency procedures.
