Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as the owner's representative for built facilities supporting the logistics network. You will manage the full construction lifecycle—from design review to handover—for new builds, retrofits, and expansions.

You will interface with developers, GC firms, design engineers, and regulators while ensuring safety, budget control, and schedule adherence across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management and related roles.
• 5+ years of project management from design through handover.
• 5+ years negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• 5+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amazon's owner's representative across projects from design through handover.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Review budgets, schedules, and bid packages; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain budget tracking and cost management; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with AHJ for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure conformance to building specifications and design standards.
