Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic: High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on-site for at least 2+ years.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, specs, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards and deliver quality workmanship.
• Plan and direct construction activities of internal resources and subcontractors; lead coordination meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, progress and financial reports for construction projects.
• Enforce contract requirements and approve subcontractor work; manage payments after inspection.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and ensure safety on site; enforce checklists and inspections.
• Build rapport with subcontractors, operators, and inspectors; coordinate inspections with local officials.
