Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee compliance, risk mitigation, inspections, and coordination with SHE teams across corporate, manufacturing, and warehouse sites.

You will review projects, manage permits and maintenance, maintain documentation, and track metrics using online systems. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years FM experience are expected, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in a full-service Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, FCC, and local building/safety codes.
• Experience in corporate, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities compliance and risk mitigation activities.
• Review projects and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Perform operational inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Work closely with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) teams.
• Manage regulatory inspections, permits, testing, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, and regulatory assessments.
• Track safety data and performance metrics using online management systems.
• Coach employees and contractors on safety standards and compliance requirements.
