Weber Metals, Inc. in Paramount, CA is seeking a Manager – Facilities and Compliance to lead facility operations, infrastructure integrity, and site compliance programs, reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance & Compliance.

Salary Range: $112,000 - $139,000/year

The Manager – Facilities and Compliance is responsible for leading facility operations, infrastructure integrity, and plant compliance programs to ensure a safe, reliable, and compliant operating environment. Reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance & Compliance, this role oversees building and grounds maintenance, and compliance execution across the site, ensuring alignment with regulatory, insurance, and corporate standards.
This position partners closely with Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Operations leadership to implement compliance programs, manage risk, support audit readiness, and maintain effective systems and controls. The Manager serves as a key liaison between subject matter experts and operational teams, driving accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement in facility performance and compliance outcomes.
Facilities / Building & Grounds
Demonstrated leadership and track record of achieving results through the development and execution of facility strategies and plans.
Proven negotiation skills with external partners and business contacts.
Strong communication & organizational skills across departments and organizational levels.
Ability to multitask and provide results in a timely manner
Knowledge of governmental permitting, environmental & safety requirements.
Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
5 years of forging industry knowledge
Bachelors or better.
