Job summary

Weber Metals, Inc. in Paramount, CA is seeking a Manager – Facilities and Compliance to lead facility operations, infrastructure integrity, and site compliance programs, reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance & Compliance.

This role oversees building and grounds maintenance, compliance execution, and alignment with regulatory and corporate standards to ensure a safe, reliable operating environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and track record of achieving results through facility strategies and plans.
• Proven negotiation skills with external partners and business contacts.
• Strong communication & organizational skills across departments and organizational levels.
• Ability to multitask and provide results in a timely manner
• Knowledge of governmental permitting, environmental & safety requirements.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and accountability for internal and external building maintenance and repair programs, including pest control, HVAC systems, lighting, doors and locks, roofing, cleaning, and janitorial services.
• Oversee grounds management including parking, access controls, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, fire hydrants, and utility usage tracking.
• Leads planning, coordination, and execution of building and grounds capital projects from concept through completion within budget.
• Manages communication across the organization regarding facility-related projects, events, and conditions affecting operations.
• Develops and executes project implementation plans for facility and grounds changes, additions, upgrades, and renovations.
• Establishes and improves compliance management system with calendars, dashboards, tracking tools, and checklists.
