Job summary

Weber Metals, Inc. in Paramount, CA seeks a Project Manager I/II/III to plan, organize and execute plant capital projects. This on-site role requires coordinating resources, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

The PM will support engineering and facilities teams, manage vendors, and ensure safety and compliance. Travel up to 25% is required; ITAR/EAR residency compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements.
• Capital project management experience of large-scale projects.
• Knowledge and experience using CAD software is preferred (e.g. AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with state and local building codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute capital expenditure projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate facilities projects, including buildings and civil works.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Create and present project status reports to executive level stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors from quoting to delivery.
• Support engineering and maintenance teams on plant upgrades.
• Ensure environmental, safety, and facility security compliance.
• Assist with annual shutdowns and commissioning activities.
