Job summary

Aramark Nexus seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support CMMS operations at Caprock Workforce Community near Pampa, TX. You will manage maintenance records, coordinate work orders, and assist with preventive maintenance programs, ensuring CMMS accuracy and reliability.

You’ll work with leadership to optimize maintenance workflows, train staff on CMMS usage, and support payroll and administrative duties in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate fast and accurate data entry abilities.
• Excellent data management, including input, organization, validation and reconciliation.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping in CMMS.
• Effective communication and collaboration with maintenance teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to learn new systems and tools.
• Analytical skills to analyze data, track maintenance trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using CMMS platforms for data entry, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the CMMS and Maintenance Leadership Team.
• Plan and manage work and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Coach staff on CMMS functions and best practices for tasks.
• Maintain skills across software, databases, platforms, OS and networks as needed.
• Manage CMMS data: hierarchy, assets, maintenance codes, workflows, data entry and report development.
• Lead CMMS front-end operations and develop new CMMS applications and reports.
• Collaborate with software designers; coordinate data acquisitions and user support.
• Assist batching and dispatching work orders to facility personnel; support payroll tracking.
