Aramark Nexus at Caprock near Pampa, Texas seeks an Assistant IT Manager to lead on-site IT operations for a large residential workforce community. You will support end-user devices, networks, POS, access control, IPTV, and SaaS apps, working closely with vendors and operations teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer-focused IT service, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure reliable technology services for residents and staff. Housing and meals are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in IT support, technology operations, or related role required.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Ability to work on site at Caprock outside Pampa, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations across Caprock Workforce Community.
• Assist the IT Manager with availability, performance, and reliability of site technology services.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, end-user devices and SaaS apps.
• Support network, Wi‑Fi, IPTV, POS, access control and other site tech platforms.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalation resource for residents, employees, vendors, and teams.
• Partner with vendors and internal IT teams for service delivery.
• Promote a customer-first IT service culture.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate updates clearly.
• Support readiness for new areas and staff onboarding.
• Track recurring issues and equipment needs; assist with documentation.
• Supervise or support other Aramark team members as needed.
