Qualifications

• Experience in events, recreation, hospitality, guest engagement, activities coordination, fitness, wellness, or community programming required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organization with ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Recreation & Wellness Director in executing events and programs.
• Set up, run, and break down events across Caprock community.
• Coordinate calendar and logistics for recreation and wellness activities.
• Engage guests to create a welcoming and energetic environment.
• Maintain spaces and assist with equipment, supplies, and signage.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Track participation and gather guest feedback for future programming.
