Job summary

Aramark Nexus is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities at Caprock Workforce Community outside Pampa, Texas. This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day upkeep, planning, prioritization, and team performance.

You will manage the maintenance staff, coordinate vendors and contractors, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability of facilities, equipment, and building systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities/building maintenance.
• 1–2 years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to lead maintenance employees across multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and facility operations.
• On-site availability at Caprock outside Pampa, Texas.

• Develop and execute maintenance plans supporting daily operations and safety.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance and manage work orders.
