Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the hospital’s asset inventory in CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for asset information.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for all assets.
• Administer the CMMS/EAM system including asset records.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Monitor asset performance and PM compliance metrics.
