Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• An Associate degree or 2-year vocational certificate/license is required along with a minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in facilities management.
• In lieu of the education requirement a minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in facilities management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Asset Life Cycle for facilities equipment and systems.
• Coordinate warranty work with Mayo Facilities staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain thorough documentation of additions, deletions, relocation, and disposition of facilities assets.
