Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of CMMS systems such as TMA, EAM, SAP, MAXIMO.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for work order and inventory analysis.
• Ability to train system users and perform data entry standards.
• Understanding of database management and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and initiate the development of CMMS such as: TMA, EAM, SAP, and MAXIMO from grass root to full end user.
• Manages and troubleshoots the TMA Systems; coordinates data import/export across campus.
• Develops and manages standards for entering facility-wide information and site defaults.
• Coordinates with Facilities, the Office of Information Technology (OIT), and TMA Systems users to support data flows.
• Designs and creates reports and tools used for work order and inventory analysis.
• Ensures software and training stay current and participates in requisite training.
• Advises on training of the TMA SYSTEMS users.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
