Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning of our offices. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, inspect work, manage supplies, and help with hiring and training as needed.

You will also prepare simple reports, oversee exterior cleaning and basic repairs, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related supervisory experience in facilities cleaning.
• Must be able to follow and coordinate work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and assign cleaning staff for interior building cleaning daily.
• Inspect areas to ensure proper work and manage supplies and inventory.
• Train staff and participate in hiring decisions as needed.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, hours, tasks and department costs.
• Monitor exterior cleaning, snow removal and basic maintenance as required.
