Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead cleaning crews and ensure high standards of interior cleaning across the site. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and involves coordinating schedules, training staff, and maintaining supplies.

The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekdays. Compensation ranges to reflect market rates for the region.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience with cleaning staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and assign cleaning staff for interior cleaning according to procedures.
• Inspect areas, issue supplies, and conduct inventory to ensure adequate stocks.
• Train staff, conduct evaluations, and assist with hiring and promotions.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, hours, assignments and department expenses.
• Oversee exterior cleaning, snow removal and basic maintenance as needed.
