Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield team is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor who will report to the Senior Operations Manager and oversee daily interior cleaning of the building on Saturdays, Sundays 7:00am-3:30pm and Tue/Thu 7:00am-12:00pm. The role emphasizes safety, training, and adherence to established cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning tasks, managing supplies and inventory, and coordinating with management on occupancy, hours, and expenses.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with floor machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and assign cleaning staff for interior cleaning per procedures.
• Inspect work, manage supplies, and conduct inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, and promotions decisions.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, hours, staff, and department expenses.
• Oversee exterior cleaning, snow removal, and basic maintenance as needed.
• Respond promptly to spills, safety issues, and building repairs.
