Qualifications

• Basic janitorial knowledge.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment.
• Safety-conscious and able to use cleaning chemicals according to MSDS.

Responsibilities

• High dusting surfaces above shoulder height around rooms.
• Sanitize surfaces below shoulder height and remove fingerprints.
• Spot clean windows and touch surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks and toilets.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Dust mop or vacuum floors, and clean under furniture.
• Polish public areas and maintain clean, presentable spaces.
• Assist with grounds care and cleaning of common areas.
• Spot clean at food court areas and sanitize tables.
• Perform daily room inspections and report issues.
• Practice courteous customer relations and work quietly.
